Program Structure

This is not a “feel-good” motivational seminar. It is a tactical career intervention. Our architecture is built on the “Sponsorship vs. Mentorship” model. We don’t just teach you skills; we teach you how to build political capital within your organization to ensure your name is in the room when opportunities are discussed.

We address systemic barriers. The curriculum combines hard skills (Financial Literacy, Strategic Planning) with critical soft skills (Emotional Intelligence, Public Speaking) to create a holistic leader ready for the C-Suite.

  • Salary Negotiation Scripts: Exact words to use during performance reviews.
  • Legal Rights Workshop: Understanding maternity leave, FMLA, and workplace harassment laws in the US.
  • The “Boardroom” Simulation: Practice speaking up in male-dominated meetings.
  • Personal Branding: Optimizing your LinkedIn to attract headhunters.
  • Sisterhood Network: Lifetime access to our private alumnae community.

Curriculum: The Course Modules

Module 1: Breaking the "Nice" Trap

Assertiveness

Women are often socialized to be “accommodating.” We rewire this habit. Learn to set firm boundaries, say “No” without guilt, and project authority through voice and posture.

Module 2: Negotiation & Financial Worth

Closing the Gap

Stop leaving money on the table. Master the data-driven negotiation technique to secure raises, promotions, and flexible work arrangements. Includes mock salary reviews.

Module 3: Strategic Networking

Sponsorship

Mentors give advice; Sponsors give promotions. Learn how to identify and cultivate relationships with senior power-players who will advocate for your career advancement.

Module 4: Resilience & Mental Wellness

Preventing Burnout

High-achieving women are at high risk for burnout. We build a personalized “Energy Management” plan to ensure you can lead effectively without sacrificing your health.

Return-to-Work Mothers

Women re-entering the workforce after a career break. If you feel your skills are "outdated" or lack confidence in your resume gap, this module helps you frame that experience as an asset.

Mid-Career Professionals

Women stuck at the "Manager" level who see male colleagues getting promoted faster. If you are doing all the work but getting none of the credit, you fit this profile.

Female Entrepreneurs

Founders who need to pitch to investors. Learn to command the room and handle aggressive questioning during VC funding rounds or client acquisition meetings.

Academy Advantage

Peer Accountability

You will be paired with an “Accountability Partner” from a different industry. This ensures you stick to your goals and provides an unbiased sounding board for work issues.

Visible Leadership

We focus heavily on public speaking. You will record a 3-minute “TED-style” talk about your expertise, receiving feedback on your clarity, tone, and presence.

Male Allyship Training

Uniquely, we offer a bonus resource guide for your male colleagues or managers, helping them understand how to better support your growth (optional distribution).

Certified Women’s Leadership Associate (CWLA)

Upon completion of the capstone project, you will be awarded the CWLA Credential.

This certification signifies a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Many US corporations recognize this certification as part of their internal leadership development tracking. It serves as proof that you are ready for executive responsibility.
