Program Structure

We don’t just lecture kids on “being nice.” We use Gamified Behavioral Science. Our architecture turns character building into a quest. Children earn “Leadership Badges” for demonstrating values in real life, making the learning process addictive and rewarding.

The curriculum is designed to counter the “Passive Consumption” culture. We focus on Active Creation and Service. Students learn that true leadership is about serving others, responsibility, and owning their mistakes without making excuses.

Parent Dashboard: Weekly reports on your child’s progress and “Dinner Table Topics” to discuss.
No-Bully Zone: Specific training on how to handle bullies assertively, not aggressively.
Small Cohorts: Max 10 students per class to ensure every child gets mentorship.
Habit Tracker: A physical journal provided to track bed-making, reading, and gratitude.
Safety First: All instructors are background-checked and certified in child psychology.

Curriculum: The Course Modules

Module 1: The Integrity Foundation

Truthfulness

Why honesty matters even when no one is watching. We use role-playing scenarios to teach kids how to own up to mistakes and the value of keeping promises.

Module 2: Emotional Intelligence (EQ)

Empathy

Reading the Room.” Teaching children to identify their own emotions and understand the feelings of others. Essential for making friends and resolving conflicts.

Module 3: Digital Discipline & Focus

Screen Control

A critical module for 2025. We teach “Deep Work” for kids—how to study without phones, manage time, and understand the difference between tools and toys.

Module 4: Confidence & Communication

Public Speaking

From a firm handshake to eye contact. Kids practice introducing themselves and giving short speeches to boost self-esteem and defeat social anxiety.

The "Glued to Screen" Child

Children who spend excessive time on tablets or video games and struggle to interact face-to-face. We help re-engage them with the real world.

The Shy or Introverted

Kids who are afraid to raise their hand in class or struggle to make friends. We provide a safe, low-pressure environment to practice social skills.

High Energy / Unfocused

Children with "wiggles" who need to learn how to channel that energy into productive leadership and sportsmanship rather than disruption.

Academy Advantage

The "Star Chart" System

We bridge the gap between home and academy. Kids get points for chores done at home, verified by parents, which unlock rewards in class.

Community Project

Theory into practice. The cohort will plan and execute one small “Act of Kindness” project (e.g., writing cards for a senior center) to feel the joy of giving.

Parent Coaching

We don’t just train the kid; we train the parent. You get access to a video library on “Positive Parenting” strategies to reinforce the lessons at home.

The Junior Leadership Award

Upon graduation, your child will receive the Junior Leadership Certificate of Merit.
